The buying experience I had at this dealership was terrible. Christine Williams was my sales rep and portrayed the dealership as very money motivated (greedy). There are many hidden fees that are included when purchasing a vehicle. She claims she was completely transparent but only said something when the customer notices the extra fees and questions it. They even included something called an "environmental fee" that was a $1,000 service that the customers are forced to get when the vehicle arrives even if they do not want because they are "contracted" with the company that does the service. It very unprofessional how she handled our conversation via text. More
