I had a awful experience there. I went in to the service department to have my car looked at because it wouldn't shift. My 2016 Kia Sorento had only 84,000 miles on it and was still under warranty but the s department to have my car looked at because it wouldn't shift. Lie number 1 that I was told by the staff because not only was my car still under warranty, I also had an extended warranty AND a Forever Car warranty to pay for repairs. Also, after doing some research myself, I found out that the shift solenoid for my car was part of a Kia recall so the car should have been fixed regardless. I was also told that my car couldn't be worked on until after the New Year, this was on Dec. 22, 2021. I got the feeling that I was bothering the service person and he just wanted to get rid of me. He offered to have my car appraised so I agreed. I had my car appraised the week before and was offered $18,000 for it, this dealership only wanted to give me $12,000 which would have put me upside down by about $2,000. I was told that the backup sensor needed replacing but when I bought this car from this dealership in 2018 the sensor wasn't working and the salesperson told me that the car was supposed to continuously beep like that when I backed up, so they sold me the car with a defective backup sensor then tried to deduct off of the appraisal price for it. Then the sales manager asked if I would be financing through my credit union. I said I MIGHT, I wanted to see what offers other finance companies would bring to the table before I decided. From that point on, I felt like they didn't want to work with me because they wouldn't be able to make money off of me in the finance department. The sales manager and sales person, would NOT work with me on the tuck I was trying to buy. Mr. Morrison told me the price of the truck was $51,000 when I had it pulled up online with a price of $49,000, lie number 2. There was some damage to the tailgate and the bed of the truck so I asked them if they could come down on the price of the truck and was told NO and that I could get those things fixed myself. First of all, I am not paying $49,000 for a truck that I have to spend another $5,000 to repair. Secondly, I work some very long hours and long day, I don't have time to bring a new truck in for repairs that should have been fixed before the truck is sold. I was treated like I was some dumb female that would just hand over my money without any negotiations what so ever. I am an educated woman, I make good money, I have a great credit score AND I used to sell cars so I know all of the tricks that salespeople and sales managers pull on the customers to make the most commission. I am a fair person and I understand they need to make money too but to not even consider negotiating with me really left a bad taste in my mouth. I am very disappointed and hurt that I was treated this way by every single person that I came into contact with at this dealership. You would think with the lack of inventory that they have on their lot, that the salespeople would have been more cooperative with me. I will NOT ever give them my business again. Rewind to 2018 when they sold me a 2016 Kia Sorento the had been wrecked, they didn't tell me about that, had a broken back up sensor and was infested with German cockroaches that I had to bomb for 3 days straight to get rid of. I was sent by Ray Brandt Collision to assist with adjusting and recalibrating a new head light on Kia K900. I brought my car at 9:00am Friday and didn’t get my car back until Monday morning. Mat was adjusting and recalibrating a new head light on Kia K900. I brought my car at 9:00am Friday and didn’t get my car back until Monday morning. Mat was the service attendant who assisted. He did not follow up with me as to what the issues were until i called and asked questions. Had i not called i would have received no information as to what was going on with my car. Friday and Saturday was notified close to closing that car was going to be kept overnight. So I was without a car the entire weekend and was not offered a loaner car either. Monday morning I received no call that my car was ready. I went to the dealership at 9am and Mat stated my car was ready an hour ago. The car was kept over the weekend and nothing was done and the lights are still not accurate. Communication was poor and he was unprofessional. More
Great Experience! Ursula Jackson was just fantastic overall. I can't thank her enough for helping my visions come true of the perfect vehicle. I knew exactly what color vehicle I wanted and a few things that were must haves on the inside, but thanks to Ursula I have everything I could have ever dreamed of now. Of course we had to order the Telluride but she kept me informed on when it would be coming in almost daily and what I needed to do in the process because I was clueless. She is truly a blessing and made this process so much easier on me than I thought it would have been. Once my Telluride arrived on the lot Ursula made sure to let me know it was ready for pick up and would not let me leave the lot before knowing how to work everything in the vehicle. She even downloaded the UVO APP with me and gave me a goodie bag along with my friend. More
