I've been coming to this dealership for 8 years now. Even through the pandemic, I have always received positive customer service, however, the prolonged experience of waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change through the pandemic, I have always received positive customer service, however, the prolonged experience of waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change has gotten pretty terrible. I was quoted 1.5hrs. The last two oil changes have been no different except for the fact that my car didn't get washed like it was supposed to the first time, and the second...I opted to not get it washed bc it had already been there almost 3 hrs and a wash would've added an extra 30 mins. I would've brought a sandwich! I recommend you bring back the snacks! More
