Taylor was easy to deal with, I can for a factory recall steering coupler. Unfortunately I had to wait 2 days and then the steering wheel wasn't tightened down and I had to come back. I dropped off my car to get a system update, when I picked it up it was messed up and at first the lady helping us wasn't very helpful. Took forever for a simple oil change / tire rotation and my car was returned to me without the tires being rotated but I was charged for rotation. I had to wait for it another 30 minutes to go back and get my car was returned to me without the tires being rotated but I was charged for rotation. Recalls I previously had completed at this dealer stilled showed open so they spent time verifying they were don't which I appreciate but the one new product enhancement was not completed because they didn't have the parts. They said they would call and schedule a time for me to bring it back but never have. There is no way to truly confirm if they have the parts for a recall without brining it physically in and wasting your time. The people on the phone know nothing or just tell you to bring it in to find out. More

Dropped off my vehicle. It was at their facility for 2 weeks and never was diagnosed. Had it towed to Premier Kia in Kenner. It was worth the $120 tow fee to deal with professionals. More

My car was scheduled for service in October 20 and it was stolen from my home on October 19. Even after We did the update from the recall. I got the car back and looked like every light was lite up on the panel. My Kia Sorrento 2011 was purchased at Ray Braynt and has always been service at Ray Braynt. It seems that the service has declined from 2011 to 2023. More
