I used to be able to come in drop off my car and go to work with a ride. I made an appointment for a simple brake part ( cost is $56.00 ) . My appointment was for 7:30 , I arrived at 7:15. No one came to update me or advise of time until 10:20 . I was given the estimate to replace the $56.00 part for $326.00 . No choice now as I missed a half day of work with no pay . I agreed to get this over with and at 11:30 my car was ready for the cost over cost . They were supposed to wash the car and did not . I am not happy with the service center , the time and the cost . I will def go to another location from now and will fight the cost as well. More
