For starters I waited 5 hours after I had a 9:00 appointment!. Then I was told unable to fix until part came in. I next had to reset all of my settings on vehicle myself. to top it off my trunk no l appointment!. Then I was told unable to fix until part came in. The service from the beginning was poor. My vehicle came back worst than when I brought it in. Also Vicki was really rude and unfriendly. I don't believe the senor went out in my car right after I had it se back worst than when I brought it in. Also Vicki was really rude and unfriendly. Also the alignment is still pulling and that was $500 plus. I loved Ursula. She was very personable, professional, and to the point. It’s nice to see a woman with that many awards on a wall.
