This experience could not have been easier. Making the appointment was the only frustration because I had to wait about 3 weeks but I understand mechanics are busy! Turns out they were and they got the car back out to me in just two hours!! Loved the complimentary coffee and water in the waiting room. Only thing I would say could be better would have been for them to let me know that the parts were in stock and that I wouldn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, super satisfied. More

Takes too long to get parts for the KIAs. 4 to 5 weeks for a back up camera part is not acceptable. I understand that this is KIA not the service Department. I will consider not purchasing a KIA in the f for a back up camera part is not acceptable. I understand that this is KIA not the service Department. I will consider not purchasing a KIA in the future because several times we had to wait at least 4 days or more for parts. You can get packages over night but KIA cannot get a part sooner. More
