On arrival kia worker was courteous. Then he became snippy when asked about applying a coupon because I didn't have one (I had recently moved). In the end he was courteous and applied coupon. quick and easy I got to the service department about 15 minutes before my appointment and within 5 minutes a service rep came to the car and took it in for my oil I got to the service department about 15 minutes before my appointment and within 5 minutes a service rep came to the car and took it in for my oil change. He told me it could be an hour to do the work and he directed me to waiting room. Maybe 30 minutes later he came to get me as my car was ready. More
