After attempting to schedule an appointment, I was advised to bring the vehicle in early the next. I arrived at 7:25am, before opening and was 3rd in line. I was told it would be two hours, due to service on a first-come first-served basis. Service did not begin until I had to physically return to the dealership to check on service, due to numerous calls being unanswered and transferred over a span of 45 minutes. This was after 3:00pm. I was told service would be completed at 5:00pm and I arrives at 5:11. The vehicle was just being brought for a test drive. Upon its return at 5:30pm, I noticed the tire rotation service had not been performed. The service advisor had to the perform the tire rotation himself, due to all technicians being gone for the day. This was completed after another 39 minutes of waiting, but left the total services incomplete. Due to the late tire rotation, the front end alignment was not performed with the proper tires on the front of the vehicle. I appreciate the way Christian handled the issues, but am appalled the way the rest of the staff managed the issues and their unapologetic demeanor. More

Taylor was amazing and very helpful with all needs I had while my car was being serviced at Ray Brant. The repairs came back well and I am moderately satisfied with them. The only negative feedback I have is that my car came back to me with about a 1.5 inch scratch on my hood AND when repairing the broken window, all the excess glass was still inside of my car door, to which I had to remove myself. (There is still glass left in my door, I wasn't able to get it all). More

The worst experience ever. I will NEVER go back to them. Worst customer service experience. Lies upon lies upon lies. All the service people who are stationed outside are not helpful. I can’t express enough how horrible they are. The cashier was the only helpful person. She deserves a raise or a higher up position. This is a disgrace for people to experience this type of service. I have too many stories about my experience. I really I’m disgusted with Ray Brandt KIA in Harvey. The worst part is they don’t pick up their phone. Maybe every 1 in 15 calls someone might answer the phone. It was a 100% garbage experience.
