My service contact was Ed, he let me know exactly what was going on, and even worked with Kia to get my vehicle covered even though I was technically out of warranty, he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of! The technician who worked on my vehicle, Paul, was great! Hopefully there is only 1 Paul there because I didn't get a chance to get his last name! I am now a Kia customer for life!
