Mr Valenti was very helpful when I purchased my used Buick Century. I had never bought a car before & he explained the paperwork & how to go about getting my license plates. Drove all the way from Pensacola to purchase Rooftop Cargo Storage box on my 2013 Outback based on an excellent price received from Gary. I also had side windows deflectors installed. Was very happy with the E350, but I have always wanted an SL and this one is like brand new. There are several reasons that I go back to Koby. The service, the knowledgeable personnel, the cleanliness of the facility and the unbelievably low financing. The used car inventory that Koby carries is mostly upper end, hand selected cars that are cleaned by Alabama Auto Clean, which is owned by Koby. I have taken my cars by there to have them detailed and they are the best. It starts at the top and continues all the way throughout their organization. Do yourself a favor next time you are looking for a car, stop by Koby's and take a look. No pressure, the folks are very nice and you may just find something you really like. As I have said before, I am in no way related to anyone at Koby, I just like the way that they do business. More

The sales manager, Craig Valenti, was more than helpful with accommodating me in what I needed. He set me up with a car that was in my budget and made sure that I was not purchasing anything more than what I really needed. I spoke with many of the employees while I was there and they were all very friendly and more than willing to explain things to me. Peter sat with me in the car and showed me how to work my Bluetooth and explained everything in great detail. I definitely recommend KOBY Subaru for any new/used car purchase! I recently went looking for a new car and was told to check out a new Subaru. I have never owned anything but a Toyota. I found a lot that I really liked and am considering switching my car of choice. The quality of service received was excellent and I was not pressured to buy anything that I wasn't quite sure about. I have not made my mind up about taking on a note, but I will definitely keep KOBY Subaru in mind when I do decide. I highly recommend checking them out! More
