Put new tires on my wife's 2007 E350 and was told by tire dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day app dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day appointment. She called and told me that the front springs were out of tolerance, causing the worn bolts. After discussion, she ordered OEM springs from MB, got them over the weekend, they were installed and cars drives like new. (Never noticed any problem other than slight pull to right before putting on tires.) While in the shop, they completed the "C" Inspection and corrected a very tiny oil leak. We had purchased an extended warranty from Koby when we bought the car and all we had to pay was the $100 deductible for the warranty work (springs, bolts and labor). As usual, the car was delivered back to us fully cleaned and vacuumed. This visit gave us an opportunity to see Koby's new facility on I65 and it is much larger and just as clean and neat as the previous location and the treatment and service, as always, was great. I have no affiliation or relationship with any personnel at Koby Subaru, I just like the way they do business and the way they treat people and Erin is one sharp, knowledgeable service rep. More
Took my wife's 2007 Mercedes E350 back for servicing and was greeted by Erin. The service was fast and the car returned in top notch condition. While there, I talked with Rick at Alabama Auto Clean, Koby's detailing manager. I plan on taking my wife's car and maybe mine, in for detailing, as I've heard really good things about them and have seen their work. I think that a lot of dealers could take some lessons from this dealership. The premises, offices, waiting areas and work spaces are all absolutely clean and in good order and all the personnel are professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. More

Even though Koby Subaru was not part of the buying service they beat the price offered by the other dealers. I was very impressed by the dealership-the friendliness and knowlege of the staff, the service department, and the overall feeling of satisfaction I got. The car was ready on time, prepped just right, and a pleasure to drive. I got a follow-up call a few days later to see if I had any questions. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience. More
Bought 2 used cars in 12 months, 2001 BMW 540i Sport and 2007 MB E350 Sport. Paid cash for the BMW and financed most of the MB and got an outstanding APR. Happy as a lark with both cars. They were delivered meticulously clean and had fresh servicing all the way around and through. Treatment was courteous, polite and professional from all parties. I would say that this dealership sells its product the way you would like one sold to you. Kind of like the "Golden Rule". Plan on taking both back for future servicing as they have certified BMW and MB maintenance technicians. More

I requested an online quote for a used vehicle. I received an automated email response stating I would recieve the info soon. Its five days later and I still have not been contacted. I even called the dealership and left a message that I had been pre-approved for the car and still no response! I used to work in sales and it absolutely blows my mind that no one has attempted to contact me! I gave them my phone number and email and told them I had the money to by a specific car and...nothing. I assume they do sell cars at this car dealership, but I honestly cannot imagine how. One last note; I checked the site last night and the vehicle I was interested in is no longer listed. I will never, ever, attempt to do business with Koby again. Great Job Koby!!!!!! (not) More
