Called looking for a Ford Maverick today 4/1/22 spoke to Ken Colts who told me one was available. Asked the price and received a call to come in. Went to the dealership at 6:15 pm and was handed off to sale Ken Colts who told me one was available. Asked the price and received a call to come in. Went to the dealership at 6:15 pm and was handed off to salesman Dean Artino who informed me if I wanted the car it was going to be 5,000 over factory invoice. BEWARE OF THESE DEALERS WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE RECENT SHORTAGE OF INVENTORY. THIS SITUATION WONT LAST FOREVER HOWEVER THE FEELINGS THEY ARE CREATING WILL. I WILL AVOID THIS DEALER AND ANY OTHER DEALER WHO IS PRICE GOUGING CUSTOMERS. I OFFERED HIM 2 K OVER STICKER AND THEY CAME BACK AT ME WITH 4 K OVER. I DECIDED NOT TO BUY FROM THEM AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO FORD DIRECTLY. THEY TOLD ME FORD CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AS ALL THE DEALERS IN THE COUNTRY AR DOING THIS AND FORD WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS HOWEVER, I KNOW OF A FEW HONEST DEALERS WHO ARE SELLING AT MSRP SO I WILL TAKE MY BUISNESS THERE AND ORDER A NEW 2023. ACCORDING TO DEAN ARTINO THERE IS AN 1800 PREMIUM TO ORDER A NEW 2023 BY HIS DEALERSHIP SO HE SAID IS IT WORTH IT FOR ME TO WAIT FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE AND HAVE TO WAIT. I THINK THIS SALES STAF AND DEALERSHIP HAS MISSED THE POINT TOTALLY SCAMMERS,BEWARE More

Horrible customer service. Service advisor told me veh was over original warranty and that I had to use extended. I asked them to double check mileage they said they did. Turns out I had 3000 miles still was over original warranty and that I had to use extended. I asked them to double check mileage they said they did. Prior to that first service advisor who I spoke with had no idea what he was doing. Promised me ride when I dropped off vehicle. Instead I had to walk home. Other issues as well. Never going back to this dealership. Not trustworthy More
