I gave them a call and was greeted very politely and nice The salesman introduce himself and said his name is (Brian Delashmet) I explained to Brian that I was in The search of a Chrysler 300 and I seen that they had one on the lot .. Brian said yes we do so he looked on the computer to make sure and he went the extra mile and went outside to check To make sure the vehicle was still on the lot.. I explained to Brian that I was in the capital one program and they were only going to finance me up to 14,200 but I had $1500 down..the 300 was 17,500..Brian said give me a minute to talk to my boss and I will call you back after waiting anxiously for a minute maybe two at the moles my phone ring and it was Brian he said Eddie we can get you in this car Brian said come on over but I explained to Brian that I stay in Orlando Florida which is 3 1/2 hours away ..so Brian said let's do this let's go ahead and get the paperwork submitted in so whenever you are ready to come down and get your car everything will be ready .. so I submitted my online application and Brian submitted everything to capital one and within the hour he told me my car was ready and it was up to me to come cause the car is ready so I explained to Brian that it will be a week before I come because of my job schedule Brian said OK just let me know because I'm off the day that you are coming and I want to have it washed and ready for you when you get to Naples... so when did they came I drove 3 1/2 hours to Naples and when I got there Brian was there waiting with a smile to greet me on his day off Brian introduce me to the finance manager (Billy Molano) he greeted me with a handshake and a smile and said Eddie let's try to have you out of here in 30 minutes cause I know you have your kids with you and a 3 1/2 hour drive back to Orlando Billy had all of the paperwork ready and I was out of there in 30 minutes ... this is my 20th car and is by far the best and fastest experience I've ever had buying a car ... so if you are ever in need of a car go to Tamiami Ford first and ask for ( Brian Delashmet and Billy Molano ) and see what they can do for you those guys are truly AWESOME...... More

Horrible Service Department Put my car in for a transmission problem.....they took three weeks to get around to it. It's April 12th! What am I supposed to do for transportation for 3 weeks? The car is 6 months old, has 25,000 miles on it, and is still under warranty. I'd prefer to keep my business and my money local, but service like this makes it extremely difficult. I will drive to Miami where I got excellent device from Autonation Ford, before I ever try and use this place again. More

Cost me another $1000+ to get the things fixed they screwed up ? and the interior was greasier than the first time !!! I sent a detailed letter to the owners of Tamiami Ford and never even got a reply or a sorry for your bad experience, NOTHING ! I've been in business for myself for 30+ years and would never treat my customers that way , Just had service work done at Coconut Point Ford, a $550 service charge,but my car was washed and cleaned inside as well and the repairs were done properly! Great Pre-Owned 2 car experience I started out by going to a competitor which was a horrible experience after trying to work with them for three hours I decided to leave and give one I started out by going to a competitor which was a horrible experience after trying to work with them for three hours I decided to leave and give one last effort at Tamiami Ford which is where I should have started to begin with!!! Bryan Delashmet met me at the front of the lot and I told him exactly what I was looking for. I had already done all the research and knew what I wanted so he made the process extremely easy. I hopped into a Ford Flex and was in love so my wife and said why stop there she needed something as well so Bryan said I have a really low mileage Fusion for a great price so we test drove that. Needless to say we walked off the lost with two great cars and it was worth the whole experience. If I were to say I had one trouble it was with the Finance Manager Teddy Delinois he knew exactly our price range and tried one last time to increase our payment which I thought was a little shady especially when he had the paperwork in his cabinet already filled out with the price we originally requested. Other then that the experience was quick and awesome I would recommend Bryan Delashmet to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle he is very personable and did a great job listening to our needs and helping us find exactly what we were looking for!! Great Pre-Owned Buying Experience I was looking for a pre-owned Ford Escape. I wanted an SUV with low mileage and in excellent condition. It was also very important to me that I have a strong, local dealership with an excellent REPUTATION, rather than a great showroom. I am not wealthy, and, therefore, must make solid decisions that I can live with for a long time. I looked at several Ford dealerships in the area, asked around about their reputation, was not pleased with what I heard from my mechanic, as well as another past customer of a different dealership about his experience on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE, and so I decided to check out Tamiami Ford in Naples, FL, instead of one of the others that was a little closer to me. The website for viewing pre-owned vehicles was very easy to navigate through (I am 51 yrs. old and not as good on a computer as some of the younger people are). I could see many pictures of your inventory, as well as a video tour of it. I picked up the phone, dialed your LOCAL NUMBER, and the phone was answered by one of your Sales staff. Brian was very low pressure, answered my basic questions, and I told him I would come down the next morning to take a look at the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I asked him if he could have the CARFAX report printed for each one when I got there, b/c I didn't want to spend all day at a car dealership. When I got there the next morning, he was laid back and friendly, which I really liked because I am old enough to not be SOLD to, I know what I am looking for, and can make the decision all on my own when I am comfortable with doing so- i.e. I don't like high pressure sales. He had the CARFAX reports printed out for me. I told him, "I need to take the vehicle to my mechanic, who's in Estero (about 50 mile round trip from the dealership), and he said, "no problem, I just have to ride along with you". I asked him to have my trade in looked over by the service dept. while we drove to my mechanic, and off we went. My long time mechanic checked out the vehicle and gave me a great report on it. When we got back to the dealership, Brian got my ins. co. on the phone, had the insurance switched over, went over the paperwork, etc. I asked him if I could go across the street and get some lunch while he got the vehicle all ready to go and that's what I did. Within 45 minutes of that time I was driving off in my beautiful, like "brand new" 2012 Ford Escape! She is loaded! Power everything - leather, sunroof, satellite radio, you name it - she does everything but take me back to the barn like a horse would! I am very pleased with my buying experience, and you MAY use my letter, with or without my name, if you want to. I believe a product is only as good as the company that stands behind it, and I feel like a car dealership who has been under the same ownership since the late 70's really says a lot about who your dealing with.
