I have purchased 18 new Fords over my life time (New England Area) from various dealers and 4 since moving to Naples.I find the service & staff at Tamiami Ford to be nice & hlepful. I have purchased a new Mustang from the dealership at a fair price, put the last 3 purchases I was unable to make a trade without playing the sales manager game and low ball on the trade. Unfortunately I had to purchase them at another Ford Store, however I return for all my service to this dealership as I am comfortable with them and the work is excellent. My next purchase will be a Ford again approximately in 2 years and I hope for a better experience on purchasing this time. I like that it is still a family owned dealership and not part of a group of dealerships with unknown principals. Keep up the good work! More
My experience with Tamiami Ford, Naples, Florida, began in Spring, 1991. I have purchased 2 Explorers and 3 Ranger trucks. The owner, the staff, the technicians are all superb people, knowledgeable. The various costs involved have always been honest and competitive. As long as I am a driver, I will go to Tamiami Ford with pleasure. More
After we had extensive routine maintenance done on our 2002 F350 we noticed a problem that we didn’t have before we dropped it off. I called and spoke with our service writer John Collins and after hearing our complaint he connected us to the Quick Lane manager Nick McCarthy. Mr. McCarthy was very apologetic and asked if we could stop by to meet with him. When we arrived we were greeted by both our service writer and the manager. We showed them the problem and they were quick to accept responsibility and provide a solution. They went above and beyond to show us they were sorry for any inconvenience. The customer service we received at Tamiami Ford’s Quick Lane was exceptional. More
Tamiami Ford has lived up to its nickname "SCAM-iami Ford" We took our Windstar in for service that was covered under our warranty, only to have them tell us that they wouldn't accept our warranty cove Ford" We took our Windstar in for service that was covered under our warranty, only to have them tell us that they wouldn't accept our warranty coverage, we would have to take it to the dealer that sold us the van, and turned right around and charged us $75 for looking at it! They wouldn't release the car to us until we paid them! More
