We regret that on this occasion we were unable to top off all of your fluids, and accept full responsibility for that mistake. We are committed to taking steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future, and will be speaking with our team. We want our customers to know that when we offer additional services, they are under no pressure to accept them if they do not feel comfortable doing so. For safety reasons, we cannot patch a tire that is damaged close to the sidewall or deemed too damaged – this is simply a liability issue that we can never risk compromising.
