I purchased 3 cars at Tamiami Ford ,the service has always been great. I needed some help on my extended warranty. Horrible customer service. Service advisor told me veh was over original warranty and that I had to use extended. I asked them to double check mileage they said they did. Turns out I had 3000 miles still was over original warranty and that I had to use extended. I asked them to double check mileage they said they did. Turns out I had 3000 miles still left on original warranty. I was out of state while this was happening. I came back sales manager just gave me scripted response. Prior to that first service advisor who I spoke with had no idea what he was doing. Promised me ride when I dropped off vehicle. Instead I had to walk home. Other issues as well. Never going back to this dealership. Not trustworthy More
Customer Service Sucks!!!I dropped my truck off 3 days Customer Service Sucks!!! I dropped my truck off 3 days ago ( after waiting for a week to get an appointment ) and was told by a service advisor "Yud Customer Service Sucks!!! I dropped my truck off 3 days ago ( after waiting for a week to get an appointment ) and was told by a service advisor "Yudi Rosas" that my truck would be taken care of the next day. I called and she said that they were not able to get it in, but I PROMISE it will be the first one in tomorrow morning! I said ok, but I will need to come by and pick it up at 2:30. She then assures me again that it will be the FIRST ONE LOOKED AT. I show up at 2:30 as planned. I walk in and ask her what they found out, she said 'nothing, it has not been looked at yet". Does not properly address me whatsoever. Basically ignoring me, as she plays on her phone. I was upset that she promised something, but could care less. Her attitude is what was more upsetting than anything. When I asked her about her promising to me, she said "what, dont you think that I care about all of our other customers " I then reminded her that I too, am a customer and that she should not have promised me, unless she was going to follow through with her promise. She had a very uncaring attitude and was arguing with me...... ( the customer ) Total attitude, like she owned the place! Then she says, "what, do you want to talk with the manager, because I do not have time for you"! I said yes. So I wait for about 10 minutes to speak to "Matt", but he never showed up, so I asked for my keys, because I had to leave to pick my kids up. I've never had problems before with this service department, until now. This girl thinks she's really something and could care less about the customers! Give her a job washing the cars, so that she is not dealing directly with the customers, or get ready for more negative reviews... More
