This has been the worst experience I have had, bought a car from here, a few months later the car was leaking inside from the room, but thats not all, i took the car to service and they tell me that is not car from here, a few months later the car was leaking inside from the room, but thats not all, i took the car to service and they tell me that is not covered by warranty, i just need my car fixed so i tell them thats fine just get it done, 2 WEEKS later in still here without any update at all of how long my car has been on the shop but thats not all, the Service Consultant i had assigned to me, i have called about 6 to 7 times to TALK i just want an UPDATE I'm not asking for my car to be fixed tomorrow I'm asking to know what is going on and every time, i swear every time i call his extension it goes to voicemail, i have left voicemails throughout the whole week and you think he would call you back right? well you would be WRONG, not 1 call, so i have been 2 weeks using a rental that I'm paying out of pocket and no update at all, when i call i get the someone in the front desk that all he does is just transfer me to this Jeff and my calls goes ignored, i cannot believe that i might have to go to onsite to just get an UPDATE i cannot believe what customer service would make you do that, so if there's anything you need to do at this service dept. in this dealership, i will tell you, please make sure you did your research, because they will keep your car for weeks and not even have the curtesy of giving you a call or an update, very disappointed, specially after they sold me that USELESS warranty that i paid extra to have for nothing. Really would reconsider buying or servicing at this location. UPDATE: I went on site after i got tired of waiting and would you not believe what they told me there, apparently they had NOT touched the car for the past 15 Days, unbelievable!! Never have i gotten a text or anything, i even wanted to do the oil change as i PAID FOR IT WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR (NOT RECOMMENDED) and they still wanted to charge me 60$, to make the story short, they said the car was not leaking and they had forgotten to call me to let me know, i was furious but i let it go trough, they told me come back in 1HR to pick up the car, i did and when i picked up the car, all the trim were on the floor, the car was almost in pieces inside, i will be uploading pictures because this is honestly see to believe, and the car, FULL OF WATER ON THE BACK! and suddenly they changed their story saying i had to take it to a BODY SHOP, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! i have no words to describe how disgusted i am at such as a company that "prides on their customer service" is as amateurish and unprofessional as that, i have swore to not step on this dealership on my life, please beware, these crooks will rattle you into buying a car with the warranty and all that crap so they can back stab you later. Don't make the same mistakes i made while buying here. More
We had a low tire pressure reading. They put air in it. We drove around for about 20 minutes and the reading came on again. We went back. They took the tire off and said nothing was wrong with tire. We were going across Alligator Alley and staying the night. Woke up the next morning with a flat. Took it to the plantation dealership. They found the puncture and also found that the Tamiami dealership had only put on 2 of the 6 lug nuts and one of them was loose. We were soooo lucky not to have the tire come off. We could have been killed had the tire come off. More

Great Service I take my Ford F-150 in for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I needed a replacement lens cover and bulbs for my tail light, and this was completed i I take my Ford F-150 in for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I needed a replacement lens cover and bulbs for my tail light, and this was completed in a couple of hours. My service consultant, Ashley Cleary is outstanding!! She kept me informed at every step while they tested the tail light, and gave me approximate prices, etc. She is so cheerful as well as professional. She is a delight to work with, and I'm so glad I have her as a consultant. She did all she could to make sure I was happy, and I received the best price for the work. More
Wouldn't recommend I took my car in on a Friday am, they said they had to order parts and to be completed on Monday, no call until I called them on Mon, Tues & Wed to fi I took my car in on a Friday am, they said they had to order parts and to be completed on Monday, no call until I called them on Mon, Tues & Wed to finally get my car on Wed, they replaced my battery unnecessarily when I never had an issue with, and the front was loaded with lovebugs and greasy fingerprints on the passenger side. Never had a problem with them until today, would not recommend. dealt with Dan, which was accommodating and offered to give me a credit for the battery that was put in , however with a carwash right on premises, that's the least they could have done. More
The service center is double dealing incompetent. They charged me to diagnose problem. They charged me to replace strut and charged me twice for same part. It took them 3 days to replace a strut. This was after a separate appointment to diagnose the issue. More
Disregard of promises when new auto was purchased. Explorer with issues and under warranty so I scheduled an appointment for January 12; and at the time of phone call asked for a loaner vehicle should Explorer with issues and under warranty so I scheduled an appointment for January 12; and at the time of phone call asked for a loaner vehicle should my auto have to be kept overnight. Upon keeping my scheduled appointment the sales representative, Mr.Humphrey requested if my car could be kept overnight. I requested a loaner as promised when I purchased the Explorer. Keeping my vehicle was impossible as I was 55 miles from home. I was told there were no vehicles available. I scheduled another appointment for the following week under the stipulations that a loaner be available. Upon calling the night before to secure verification of a loaner, I was told there were none available. I told the sales representative ,Mr. Humphrey to call me when one was available and to schedule another appointment. To date, I never a received a call from Mr. Humphrey nor did I receive a call from the service department manager, Mr. Novak, as I had requested. I contacted Tamiami Ford by E-mail to seek additional help to give an opportunity to Tamiami Ford to respond to their lack of interest to my issues. Tamiami Ford has not given me the courteousness of any replies to any of my phone calls or E-mails. As owning only Ford Motor Vehicles for over 40 years, I feel the response and treatment I have received by Tamiami Ford is characterized by the absence of quality and politeness exclusively provided by this dealership. This is not typical of the excellent treatment I have received from other Ford Dealership in the past! Tamiami Ford desperately needs take less lessons from other dealerships! More

I take my truck in for an appointment at 8 am Saturday 7/27/19 to not be called back until I call back at 1:15 in the afternoon, to be told I’m busy. I spent $70,000 on a truck. I have a warranty and she did not call the warranty company until I spot checked her. I had to get the service manager Sean involved so she would do her job. Everything out of Ashley mouth is NO and negative she is not about the client but all about putting money in her pocket. What really got me I drive away and my glovebox falls on the floor! I’ll never recommend them for service nor sales. Tamiami Ford needs to train employees to give them a great client experience. I live in Naples and I’ll drive 3 hours away to have a good experience.I’ve never been treated so poorly in a client facing transaction as this. She is rude and needs to be trained. Tried to do business . Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back or Recently I had the need to have work done on my car a 2015 Ford Mustang GT. 2+ years ago I wanted to get a Rousch tune for my car and we’re on back order at the time. After having a H-Pipe installed I called the service writer a few times leaving it with the service advisor to reach me when they became available. Never got a call. Then I had a warranty issue with corrosion on my hood that wasn’t to smooth. By the way I got the tune somewhere else. That’s several hundred $’s. Long story short I had 2 sets of tires, lowered suspension and a clutch / flywheel assembly installed all at another dealer. So, this time I figured since they took it (resonator) our they could put one back in. Well, after talking to the service advisor 3 times and leaving a voicemail with no return information I used the local Midas muffler shop who gladly billed me out for $531. Not sure the business model followed at Tamiami Ford but I’m thinking in my 2 1/2 years and 45k miles I’ve spent 3k-4K somewhere else. Not a lot but spent . My air condition did go out under warranty and that was handled well. There’s always a bright side. More
