Worst service ever. Had the car for 10 days and never fixed Tamiami ford had my only car for 10 days. They knew I had to rent a car while they were working on my car. On a daily basis I called the service rep Tamiami ford had my only car for 10 days. They knew I had to rent a car while they were working on my car. On a daily basis I called the service rep Jeff Kovac and dropped in to the dealershipo to find out what was happening. Often Jeff wouldn't return my calls. At one point we called the Service Manager to try to find out what was happening. After 7 days of trying to find out what was wrong with my car they finally found what they thought was the problem. Charged me for 6 hours of labour and the cost of a new computer. As I am a seasonal resident, I had to fly home so a friend picked it up for me and put it in my garage. I returned two months later to my car and it started but then died in the middle of the street. It was not fixed. I had no faith that Tamiami ford had the skill to fix my car to give me confidence that I could trust it so I took it to another reputable shop that fixed it in 5 hours. I went back to Tamiami ford to try to get some satisfaction but they lied and refused to work things out with me. Definitely they do not care a bit about customer service. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Never buy a Ford. Especially from them. . More
Pleasurable I really enjoyed my visit to the quick lane. My tire light came on and I thought I was getting a flat. Mike the porter , who is very polite, brought I really enjoyed my visit to the quick lane. My tire light came on and I thought I was getting a flat. Mike the porter , who is very polite, brought me in to see Nick. Mike then took my car and filled the tires and even washed it. There was no charge either! Mike even politely refused my tip! That really made my day! And yes, my tires were just low. They really are honest and highly recommended to all senior citizens! More
Horrible Service Department Put my car in for a transmission problem.....they took three weeks to get around to it. It's April 12th! What am I supposed to do for transportation for 3 weeks? The car is 6 months old, has 25,000 miles on it, and is still under warranty. I'd prefer to keep my business and my money local, but service like this makes it extremely difficult. I will drive to Miami where I got excellent device from Autonation Ford, before I ever try and use this place again. More

Cost me another $1000+ to get the things fixed they screwed up ? and the interior was greasier than the first time !!! I sent a detailed letter to the owners of Tamiami Ford and never even got a reply or a sorry for your bad experience, NOTHING ! I've been in business for myself for 30+ years and would never treat my customers that way , Just had service work done at Coconut Point Ford, a $550 service charge,but my car was washed and cleaned inside as well and the repairs were done properly! The "battery light" and the "Check Charging System" came on and I measured the voltage 16 plus volts. The next day I took the 01 Windstar to Tamiami Ford; the car checked out normal so Charging System" came on and I measured the voltage 16 plus volts. The next day I took the 01 Windstar to Tamiami Ford; the car checked out normal so I went home with no action (I understand an intermittent problem that can not be repeated.) The next day the "battery light" and the "Check Charging System" came on and I measured the voltage 16 plus volts. I drove to Tamiami Ford and did not turn the car off. Since Jeff was busy, Jose started the paper work and verified that the car was indeed acting as I said. The decision was made to replace the alternator under warranty at no additional cost.
