Shockingly unprofessional I write to express my surprise and dissatisfaction with Jaguar of Tampa. I have been in the market and contacted this and other dealers by email. After several back and forths in which I asked for his best lease price, Ken Cranford refused to give me a lease quote by email because he thought I would show that to other dealers. He insisted I come see him in person. I asked if he was refusing to work with me via email and he did not reply. I then emailed the Sales Manager and General Manager, B. Mobley and T. Marchand. I forwarded my correspondence with Ken and asked if it was their dealer policy to not provide customers lease quotes via email. It has been a week with no response. I find this disrespect and lack of professionalism shocking in Jaguar. Jaguar has lost a customer, and I certainly intend to share my experience with all my family, friends, and business associates. More

My New F Type Jaguar I've always wanted a Jaguar so I visited Jaguar of Tampa. What a pleasant experience. They do make you feel as a valuable customer. The Manager, Luis, I've always wanted a Jaguar so I visited Jaguar of Tampa. What a pleasant experience. They do make you feel as a valuable customer. The Manager, Luis, went out of his way in working my numbers to ensure that I receive a fair deal. Ken, the Sales Consultant ensure that I had plenty of information on the different models and optional equipment in order for me to make an informed decision. Further, he not only demonstrated the operation of the car, but afforded me the opportunity to test drive, question, and observe the different models and their capabilities. Finally, TJ, the Sales Manager made me feel very comfortable in explaining all the financial options and other aspects of the transaction. In all Jaguar of Tampa is a professional organization that operates pressure free, and has the goal of customer satisfaction. Having lots of experience buying cars I can state that this dealership is among the best. I strongly recommend Jaguar of Tampa if you are in the market for a new luxury vehicle. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had emailed the dealership about my interest in purchasing a new 2015 Jaguar XF Sport on a Thursday even Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had emailed the dealership about my interest in purchasing a new 2015 Jaguar XF Sport on a Thursday evening. I received a prompt email and phone call from Matt Hughes the next morning, who clarified the options/color that I wanted and called me back soon thereafter with a great price. I set up an appointment for that Saturday where the car was shined up and ready to go. I was greeted by Ken Crawford when I arrived, who helped with the paperwork, along with Matt. Matt and I went for a nice test drive, while they looked over my trade-in. I received what I thought to be a fair price on my trade-in as well and there wasn't even one tiny bit of anxiety that normally accompanies a new car purchase. There was zero pressure from Matt and Ken to buy the car and I wasn't "low-balled" on my trade either. It was a fair price. They were both 2 professionals who I enjoyed dealing with. In fact, I was shocked at how fast the entire process took, as I was planning on the "all day battle" that we all have experienced in the past at other places! To my surprise and delight, it was all positive-as making such an important purchase should be. The car is beautiful and is fun to drive. I am excited to now be a part of the Jaguar of Tampa family and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. My recommendation? If you want a Jaguar, go see Ken & Matt at Jaguar of Tampa. This was by far the BEST dealership I have been to, believe me I've been to most dealers in the Bay Area. I spoke with Christian in sales and TJ in mgmt. I was given a Jaguar to drive for the day to se believe me I've been to most dealers in the Bay Area. I spoke with Christian in sales and TJ in mgmt. I was given a Jaguar to drive for the day to see if it was what I really wanted. Imagine that.. no credit check, paper work or hassle! This is a trip back to old school when a hand shake meant something. (Of course I fell in love with the cat.) TJ is currently searching for the right car for me in my price range...again on a hand shake. There is no other dealer I would want to do business with. A lesson could be learned from these guys.
