My husband and I drove from New Haven to buy a used car. Long (1.5hr) trip paid off. Chris, 'our' salesman was very pleasant, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He agreed to replace few things on the car and took care of all arrangements (insurance, temporary plates, paperwork for selling out-of state car etc.) on time when we returned to pick the car up. He sent us new plates and even new car mats. We highly recommend visiting this dealership and working with Chris. p.s. a couple of suggestions for Mohegan Lake Audi - move closer to New Haven and make a play area for children while parents are shopping for a car:-) More
