I found Chris Frissora, my sales rep, to be helpful and accommodating. I knew what I wanted in terms of options and model, and he helped find it in spite of limited inventory. He also kept me informed throughout the process, including the financing, finding the car, and insuring/registration of the vehicle. Other than Chris in sales, we had only limited contact with others in the dealership. However, we did buy some supplies from the parts counter and found the gentleman there (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) to be very helpful and friendly as well. I have found sometimes in higher end auto dealerships a feeling of subtle snobbery. I did not find it to be the case with these two people; a refreshing change. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman. More

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Mohegan Lake Audi. I have owned Japanese made cars for the past 20 years and I wasn't sure I wanted to get into this market. I wanted to take the time to rate my experience with Howard Burman as that is what his greatest gift is: giving time! This is our third Audi and our first Q5. My last two SUV's were from Lexus. Not only is the Q-5 superior is numerous ways: better mileage, handling and comfort, but Howard is by far the best person I have ever experienced as a salesman. We were given a great price (and I priced it around several times)and constant support. I have visited the dealership three times for "lessons" with the voice recognition and navigation. Why rate Howard? He and the dealership are the best. I've owned over 30 cars in my 40 plus years of driving and by far, this has been the most positive experience I have ever had.
