It's hard to buy a used car being 60 miles away from the dealership and having 2 cars to trade in (each needs to be looked at and priced by the dealer), but Alex made this experience rather pleasant. I only needed to visit dealership once to look at the car I was buying and show one of trade-ins, the rest of transaction was done by email, fax and telephone. Alex addressed all my concerns, arranged for the second trade-in to get picked up from where I live and personally delivered the car I was buying to my home.
