I needed a new vehicle and my wife's birthday was approaching, so I thought it would be a great time to look for a new car. I had purchased an Audi in 2007 from this dealer and had a great experience approaching, so I thought it would be a great time to look for a new car. I did some homework on line to research the new models, so I knew what options I wanted in the new car and about what I was going to pay. Mike made the whole experience very easy, and had the car I wanted on the lot already. He even delivered the car with a bow on it so my wife would be surprised when she returned home from a business trip. He also spent a great deal of time with both me and my wife on seperate occassions showing us how to use the features in the car and getting our blue tooth going. All in all, he made it a very enjoyable experience! More

I soon bought a vehicle which I am very happy with, despite its not being the car I had originally searched. I came to this dealership because it was local and had a selection of certified Q7s. It was perhaps the best experience I have ever had in my 45 years of car buying. My salesman, Joe Miscioscia, was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and was able to gather a great deal of information from him that enabled my decision. The owner, Barry Rost, was also very visible during the entire process, but in a warm and engaging way. I was able to strike a fair deal quickly and without some of the high energy acrobats that go on at some other dealers. I read in one of the other reviews that there was an atmosphere of “family” at this dealership and I now understand that. It’s almost as if they have decided that since they spend the better part of their day there that they should create a pleasant and enjoyable environment. I ended up choosing a certified 2008 Q7. Due to scheduling, Joe had to hand over delivery to his associate, Mike Bueti, who handled the logistics without a hitch. Love the car and would recommend the dealership in a heartbeat. More
