Alfonso was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions as candidly as possible. After agreeing upon the price, he assured me that there were no hidden fees or charges like those imposed at so many dealers. I then drove 90 minutes to the dealership and was treated with respect. I met the owner, Barry, and had a great discussion. Both men are the opposite of what one usually expects from dealership personnel. They are both genuinely good, down to earth men. Alfonso took a great deal of time demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle. Barry insisted that I take snacks and drinks for my long ride home. I returned today to pick up my vehicle and had the same wonderful experience. I am so happy I did business with Alfonso and Barry, even though it required some traveling.
