Alfonso is very intuitive to what I need and is not pushy at all. He has made all my car buying experiences very pleasant. I went to test drive the A5 but the S5 that was in the showroom really caught my eye. He moved three cars outside that were in the front of the showroom ( it's a very narrow area) and took out the car so I could test drive it- He went above what most sales people would do. I did buy that car and pick up and trade in of my old A4 was very simple and smooth which I credit to Alfonso.
