We went into the dealership looking for an Allroad, and after Alfonso patiently let us test drive a few different cars, we decided an A6 was the perfect vehicle for us. Alfonso took the time to explain each of the cars we drove in detail, and gave both of us the opportunity to have time behind the wheel. Negotiating was more than fair, and we're really excited about our purchase. At pickup time, Alfonso spent over an hour with us, taking us through all of the features and options on the car. He answered every question we had, and made a new car purchase the exciting experience it should be! We'll be sure to go back to Alfonso for all of our future Audi's!!!! More

One of them repeatedly recontacted me under the belief I was looking for a Q3 after I had visited them, test drove and discussed the A3...not on the ball. I came across Mohegan Lake b/c they were advertising a specific, gently used vehicle that appealed to me. The service was impeccable, everyone is extremely friendly, and you feel as if you're special. There is also a feeling that there is no B/S going on, a rarity unfortunately with car dealerships. Mohegan got my business. In fact, I'll probably drive the extra distance whenever service is needed b/c I like these people. Great service gets rewarded. More

For his driving style and commuting requirements, we chose an Audi A6 to investigate. Internet systems are clunky. Somebody answers you, but somebody else greets you at the door. This dealership did that also, but the sales staff knew that I was coming, was prepared for me, and filled me in on the history and condition of the vehicle. The two other dealers were bored and indifferent, and I got the sense that they did not care, one salesperson did not have answers on the car, etc etc. Ron was the opposite of indifferent, and consistently polite and informative. We liked the car, soon put a deposit on it, and Ron drove it to CT so my son could see and drive it in a timely manner. They got the business, my son got the car. More
