Excellent customer service with zero stress or pressure I stumbled into this dealership purely by chance which turned out to be a great experience. My family has leased 6 Audis from the Palisades dealershi I stumbled into this dealership purely by chance which turned out to be a great experience. My family has leased 6 Audis from the Palisades dealership same salesman Paul each time. I had a rough personal year and went way over my miles. I called to discuss with Paul to see if he could work with me . I was offered basically nothing for being a loyal customer except "good luck out there make sure you read the lease carefully" . As luck would have it the engine light went on and said to go to nearest Audi dealership which turned out to be Mohegan Audi . I was waiting in the service area while my car was being checked. The service tech Mike was very nice while I was telling him my story and said maybe I should talk to one of the salesmen there. Enters Alfonso Ruggeiro who could not have been nicer and really tried to work with my situation. He offered me a very fair deal on leasing a 2017 A4 he made the experience completely stress free and offered and explained various options. When I picked up my new car they have a specialist Greg sit with you and very patiently and thoroughly go over all the new features. It pays to stay local Lease on my current Audi was ending. I had leased two previous Audis from a dealer in NJ because of a contact a friend had there. I live 15 minutes Lease on my current Audi was ending. I had leased two previous Audis from a dealer in NJ because of a contact a friend had there. I live 15 minutes from Mohegan Lake Audi. Stopped by to see the new A4. After a test drive with Ron I knew it was the next Audi I wanted to lease. I already had a quote from my former dealer. Without knowing the quote Ron spoke with his manager and beat that quote by $50.00 a month. I told him I needed some time to think about it, but would get back to him that day. Ron did not pressure me to close the deal immediately. After a not so pleasant phone conversation with my NJ salesman, I called Ron and went back the same day to lease my new A4, at an additional savings of $23.00 a month. A very pleasant experience. I would recommend Mohegan Lake Audi and Ron to anyone looking to purchase or lease an Audi. Proof that it often pays to stay local. More
