One email to Mohegan Lake AUDI, and we were responded to via email, which was by my choice. They never tried to contact me on the phone. I appreciated that. Alfonso was quick to respond and upfront with all the possibilities that fit our criteria. He was EXCELLENT. I've never had an easier car buying experience. One man, one desk, very accommodating. I feel like if I asked him to deliver the car to my house and pick up milk and eggs he would've said "sure!" Highly recommended. More
