Terrible dissapointment - Horrible Experience Six years ago we purchased a 2008 CPO Audi A6/S6 model with 20K miles from Mohegan Lake Audi (MLA) for $32,000. We financed through our bank so the de Six years ago we purchased a 2008 CPO Audi A6/S6 model with 20K miles from Mohegan Lake Audi (MLA) for $32,000. We financed through our bank so the dealer got their check on the spot while we are still paying for the car. The car now has 80K mi and the timing chain is about to break. No warning lights at all and the problem wasn't detected 3 weeks ago when the car was there for regular service. MLA has refused to do anything while knowing this is a known problem with this model year car (we found out through a 3rd party). Audi USA lead us to believe they would work with us but after a week and a half of waiting and 3 calls they said, no can't help you. We would have been willing to meet them halfway for the repair, it would have been the honorable thing to do but obviously MLA isn't interested in doing the right thing. We're stuck owing 7K for a dead car that should have lasted well into the future. Beware buyer, take your money elsewhere! More
