When ordering the car Howard carefully reviewed each of those features with me and gave me an full tutorial during several test drives. He was able to expedite the delivery of my car...drove me from my home to the dealership upon delivery...and has been available to me for any questions I have at any time regarding the amazing computer features. I was put in contact with Alex (I had seen a favorable review online) and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He was patient with me, even when I kept changing my mind on colors and type of vehicles. He was very detailed in explaining how the vehicle operated and never pushed me to do anything that I didn't want to do. Alex followed up with me on any issue I had when he said he would (a problem I have found with other dealers in the high end car arena was their inability to follow up). He greeted me with such a smile that I knew right there and then that I would purchase my Audi Q5 from him. He was such a pleasure to work with in assisting and helping me build my vehicle. Every question I asked he would have the answer to. He, thoroughly, went over the history of Audi, the vehicle I was about to purchase in detail and the dealership. One of his best qualities as a specialist was that he wasn't aggressive or overbearing. I did re-visit the dealership a few times and Mr. Peterson greeted me with such warmth every time he saw me. I felt relaxed and focused on how exactly I wanted my Audi Q5 to look. He listened and delivered my vehicle when he said he would. Great Experience My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a new Audi, we were only looking, not sure what we were going to do and wanted to see the new A3. Whe My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a new Audi, we were only looking, not sure what we were going to do and wanted to see the new A3. When we arrived we were greeted by Anthony, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the all the models. We sat and spoke about our needs and decided to look at the A4 because my wife had a BMW 325 and the A3 seemed pretty much the same size and she wanted a little more room. So we took a test drive in the A4. After the test ride Anthony ran some numbers for us, we looked at all options and felt he gave us a fair reasonable price. Our biggest problem now was color, after looking through the inventory he found the color we wanted, so we signed the purchase agreement and the car was ready in 2 days. Alfonso took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and helped guide us to the best decision for our needs. He actually helped me to realize that the A4 was the best car for us, so he definitely wasn't just trying to sell the most expensive car. It was great working with Alfonso. He was very honest, patient and straight forward. He returned all emails and phone calls promptly, and worked very hard to find me the car with the exact features and color we were looking for in a very timely manner. He spent a lot of time with us going over every feature of the car and even programed our garage door openers and phones. I LOVE driving my new Audi, and I would definitely return to work with Alfonso and Mohegan Lake Audi again in the future. More
