I had an excellent experience with Mohegan Lake Audi. I've leased two Audis from them at excellent prices and had excellent service. They pick up my car in my driveway so servicing is very easy. We came into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and did our homework on the Q5 well before we came in. Alex was very, VERY knowledgeable about the Q5 and showed us some strong points that we weren't aware of. Then he took us to see the vehicle in the showroom and went over the general information about it. We negotiated a fair price and came back a week later, paid for it, signed minimal paperwork, and spent an hour inside the vehicle with Alex showing us how to program and operate every single detail of the console, including the lights, radio, wipers, navigation, key system, locks, and everything else that he could possibly show us. One thing that stood out with Alex was his knowledge of the unique all-wheel-drive system in the Q5, which impressed us enough to call him from a close-by Lexus dealership (as we were still shopping around), and give him a deposit over the phone to hold the Q5 for us. Overall, we would recommend this dealership and especially Alex, to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. This car was for my wife. The next time we come in with that kind of money, it will be for MY new car! Great job Alex. Thanks to you and to the dealership for your help, knowledge, expertise, and for a wonderfully dry sense of humor that we thought was just fabulous. In late December, I decided to examine new car offerings in my geographic area. I have owned 6 Audis previously and my focus was either another A4 or the Volvo S60. I searched through the papers and Internet to look for deals. Two dealers responded quickly: Mohegan Lake Audi and Danbury Volvo. On January 2nd I visited Danbury Volvo in the AM and Mohegan Lake in the PM. Volvo offered a better tradein for my 2013 Audi, but there net figure was higher. The instant I arrived a Mohegan Lake, they made me feel at home. I first met Gisella , who called and guided me to the locale and Dealership Manager, who I met 6 years previous. He introduced me to Anthony Augusta, who immediately gave me his total attention, offered me coffee and spent some time getting to know me and understanding my requirements. I'm very familiar with Audi dealerships and I have had experiences when the salesman doesn't have time for me and seems to consider an A4 sale to be minimal. Anthony made me feel as important as an A8 or R8 prospect. He was prepared and got right to the point, showing me his inventory and explaining the features with relation to benefit and cost. I committed to a red A4, and he put the financing together and promised to have the car ready in 2 days. When I returned, he delivered better financing than we discussed and positioned my new car right in the front of the dealership. He then sat next to me in the car and proceeded to explain and activate the Bluetooth connection and the garage door interface. I spoke with the manager and he assured me that Mohegan Lake was a team oriented operation and that everyone contributes and understands the value of total service. Basically, I am very impressed with the overall experience from the initial call back to my drive away. I found out that Anthony has only been on the job for 6 months, therefore I'm even more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I nominate Anthony Augusta for "Rookie of the Year" and Mohegan Lake Audi for the Championship Team! More

I was wanting to get some information about cost for leasing an Audi A4 as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. He clearly described the various products, got me to express my requirements and parameters and, after a short time, I knew that we could go forward with the process. The trick was keeping it a surprise for my wife. Matt understood exactly. No phone calls - only email - so as not to alert my wife. He initially offered that he would be able to "lend" me an Audi so it would be in the garage on Christmas day. Then I could bring my wife back to the dealership for her to select the color, etc. Though I appreciated this offer and found it generous, I thought it would just be too difficult to make happen surreptitiously. I suggested that I take a short video on my iphone and then I could play it for my wife on Christmas day. Matt suggested that he get together with the dealership's internet guy and produce one of their own customized for my wife. That is exactly what happened - it was posted on Youtube and I was able to play it for the whole family on Christmas. A complete surprise and tears from my wife and a high five from my son. We went to the dealership the following day - my wife selected the options she wanted and 3 days later we drove away in her new Audi. A great experience with Matt coming through at every turn. A fine salesperson with patience, understanding, skill and creativity (not to mention knowledge and professionalism). I recommend him without hesitation. More
Howard Burman should be avoided at all costs. - He lied Howard Burman should be avoided at all costs. - He lied to us (myself and my husband) about the timing when the car would be ready - our # 1 express Howard Burman should be avoided at all costs. - He lied to us (myself and my husband) about the timing when the car would be ready - our # 1 expressed concern at the time - He lied about the lease pricing - He lied saying he could get particular specs when he could not - He did not inform us of the baseline warranties, servicing plans, etc we should have considered before driving off the lot - He put a sticker on the car saying we would need to return to their dealership for servicing only 5 months after the car lease began..another lie! - He was completely unable to facilitate the completion of all the necessary paperwork without problem after problem - He spoke in an unmistakable condescending manner which was regularly offensive I wish my husband and I had the flexibility to cancel our order. I feel as though I sold part of my soul by purchasing from him. Note: The dealership is unclean and unorganized. The heaps of papers and folders strewn everywhere is a testament to the out of date quality and service standards. More

Although there are 2 closer Audi dealers to me, I chose Mohegan mainly because of Howard Burman. The transaction was painless, and more importantly – hassle and pressure free. I will not hesitate recommending Mohegan Lake Audi to my acquaintances and family members, and will not think twice about going back to Mohegan for my next Audi. It was truly a pleasure. More

When the decision to purchase a Q5 and trade in the S4 Cabriolet that I had purchased three years prior from Mohegan Lake Audi (MLA), I contacted the dealership and had the great pleasure of speaking with Cabriolet that I had purchased three years prior from Mohegan Lake Audi (MLA), I contacted the dealership and had the great pleasure of speaking with Gisella. Gisella answered all of my questions and I was lucky enough that the type of vehicle I had my eyes set on would soon become available. The process of securing the vehicle and obtaining financing was effortless. The process of the trading-in of my beloved S4 was not necessarily effort-requiring, but the value MLA was willing to assign it was…disappointing. Nonetheless, recent back surgery required prompt action on our part; I need a vehicle I can drive, and considering the distance and condition of the roads I travel, and the Q5 as the most logical choice, we went through with the deal despite our $2,500 "upside down" predicament. After all, once an Audi, always an Audi. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He never hesitated to answer a question, and promptly returned any call I made. For someone who was admittedly relatively new in the car selling business, he is a true asset to the Audi community, and most certainly a treasure this dealership is fortunate to have. More
