Mohegan Lake Audi stays open late which worked well for my wife and I due to our work schedules. When my wife and I arrived at Mohegan Lake Audi we were met by Mark Hagerty, sales manager, who was very friendly and helpful. After letting Mark know I was interested in the Q5, he introduce my wife and I to Barry Rost, dealer principal, and Howard Burman, Audi Brand Specialist. Both Barry and Howard were also friendly and helpful. Howard worked with me to understand what I was looking for in the Q5 regarding features and colors taking the time to answer my questions and provide information on the Q5. I never felt rushed or pressured from Howard. After deciding on the new Q5 features and color, we then focus on the G35 trade in. Howard worked with my wife and I to get a great trade in on the G35 and a great price for the Q5 based on my expectations. Howard arranged the pickup of the new Q5 within a week which could have been sooner if my schedule had permitted. On delivery of the Q5, Howard had everything ready and had even setup the Audi connect for me. Again I did not feel rush or pressured on delivery. Howard took the time to fully explain the Q5 features and how to use the cars advance technology. Howard has followed up with me since the delivery of the Q5 answering questions, providing further information on the car, and being available. It is clear from my experience that Mohegan Lake Audi cares about the customer and I look forward to returning when the normal service is needed on the Q5. I had been told by a dr. that I see that he was very happy with the deal he got on his Audi several years ago at Mohegan Lake Audi. We traveled an hour and 40 minutes to see a specific car but it was in the process of being sold. Eduardo was honest about the status of the car and that it appeared as though it was being sold. He was very patient, not pressuring us but asked if we would like to see any other cars. He took us for a test drive in a lovely Q5, however, this was not the car for us. He knew that that the Q5 was not for us he continued to gather information about our wants and needs. Eduardo said that he would look for a vehicle that may meet our needs and he would keep in contact about his progress. Just prior to leaving he asked if we could stay another 5-10 minutes because the car we were originally there to see may possibly be available because the potential buyers weren't ready to commit to the sale. The sales manager also met with us and clarified what was happening and why this particular car may be available for sale after all. We took a test drive in the A4 Avant that we had originally wanted to drive. Wow!!! What a nice car!! As it turned out we were able to purchase the car. The dealership gave us a fair trade-in for our car. they secured the financing at an excellent rate and with a payment that works well for us. My husband had a 12+ hour a day work schedule the following week and we would not have been able to pick up our car for the following seven days. Eduardo was very eager for us to have our new car and he offered to drive to our home which is 1 hour and 40 minutes from Mohegan Lake Motors. Eduardo arrived at our home at 10:00 p.m. on Monday night. He spent over an hour answering questions, showing us the details of the car, pairing our phones and completing the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. Eduardo has followed up with us since the sale in order to make sure everything is OK with the car and remind us to contact him with questions or concerns. We have purchased a number of new vehicles from different dealerships and our interactions with the Mohegan Lake Audi team has surpassed any other sales team. Eduardo made it clear when we first spoke that he is not a high pressure sales person but his interest is finding a car that meets his clients needs and that they are happy with the vehicle after they leave the dealership.
