We agreed upon a price and I gave my sales rep a checklist of things that I wanted checked out on the car before I would finalize the transaction. 5 days later, I returned to the dealer with my certified check to complete the transaction. All of my paperwork was prepared in an organized file. My checklist was listed and completed. It only took 1 hour to complete the transaction. (20 min to sign all of the paperwork, and 40 min learn about the new Audi MMI system) One thing I especially appreciate was the fact that I only needed to deal with Alex. I was not passed off to the sales manager, the finance manager, service, or any other person during the sales process. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision or add bogus extra options.
