Very disappointed with this dealership, I really don’t know where to start but hoping this review can help someone from going through what we went through. We traveled over an hour to pick up a truck for my son after getting out of work. All excited to get the truck we sat and waited for a while for the financing person to finally come over to help us. He escorted the three of us to his office to do the paperwork. Noticing there was only 2 chairs my son suggested he would stand and let his girlfriend and I sit. Not once did this person offer to get another chair for us. I gave him the bank check and he sat and stared at it flipping it over and over and he then said it was not a valid check. He took the check for $50,000 and left us in the room to go speak to someone about the check. He was gone for over 30 minutes and at this point the dealership had closed. He finally came back and said this is a draft check but I will take it. His cell phone then rang and he again left the room to take the call. He came back and said he could not take the check and when asked why he said he could just minutes before he said he was over ruled by the owner. After showing him the loan paper work and even that we had the loan already in our mobile app he still refused. He said he could take the check but would keep the truck until he got his money. He went on to say that because of the writing on the check he didn’t think they would pay for the truck. He said it wouldn’t book out for what it was worth. We told him again this was not a fake check. We tried to see if he could do anything for us so we won’t have to rush down again after work. He said he couldn’t promise anything. The only option was to leave the check and the truck or nothing. My son was so upset and asked for his deposit back and without even hesitating he said ok and asked for the spare key back. He then walked us to the salesman who was as shocked as us that we were not getting the truck . I work as a nursing supervisor and would never ever treat anyone this way. He was rude, inconsiderate and most of all disrespectful. He is not a people person and has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be working with the public. He clearly did not want our business and this was obvious from the second he walked us to his office to when he sped by us in the parking lot in his fancy car as we walked to my sons old truck. I have never been treated so disrespectful and I hope that the owner reads this and no one has to go through this again. I realize there are rules and even though I knew my check was a real bank check he obviously thought it was not. He should have went out of his way to make the deal work in the end, even if that meant going back to get the truck. More
You would never think giving a dealer $50,000 dollars would be so hard. From start to almost finish everything was made difficult. They said they sent me emails of documents but never did. Alan Hollis would not work another day if anyone saw how he treated us last night. We drove 1.5 hours to pick up the $50,000 dollar truck last night. We already had the bank check for the full amount and should have been in and out of dealer in 15 minutes. We ended up being accused of bringing a fake check. Alan went to check with a manager to see about the credibility of the bank check we had brought. He left us in the office alone for over 30 minutes with out coming back. Finally he came back and told us the check was a draft check and could take up to 30 days to clear. It was not a draft check and any one in the business of selling $50,000 dollar vehicle should know that. Alan told us even though it was a draft check he would accept it for us. Right after he said he would accept it he received a phone call and left the room again. When he came back he said he just got off the phone with the owner and that he over ruled his decision of being able to accept the check. After wasting so much of my time and becoming so unhappy and frustrated I told him I wanted my deposit back. At that point I just wanted to be done and never hear from this dealer again. I called my bank today to let them know I would be canceling the loan because the dealer would not accept the bank check. The bank was in shock the dealer did not accept the check. The bank said they were going to have a manager call the dealer to educate them on what bank checks look like. I wasted multiple days going back and forth with this dealer and can honestly say it was nothing but problems. Stay far far away from this dealer and Alan Hollis. More
Was initially disappointed that my recall part wasn’t in for my scheduled appointment to replace it, otherwise very courteous and was able to utilize their shuttle each way since my wife had surgery and can for my scheduled appointment to replace it, otherwise very courteous and was able to utilize their shuttle each way since my wife had surgery and cannot drive.I was called the next day informed the part was in, rescheduled for next Monday, but I had to go out twice instead of once More

Staff was helpful, friendly and had great recommendations. Follow up has been fantastic! I would highly recommend Tasca for anyone who is shopping around.
