Lou went above and beyond for me in every step to insure that I would get my dream car. It is very rare that you find a person like Lou. He did not treat me as a customer-he treated me like family and has followed twice since I purchased the car. If you are in the market for top of the line used vehicles-Tasca of Cranston is the place to go, but if you want the best experience in purchasing a vehicle-then you need to Lou Colon, he is a caring consultant with the greatest personality. This was previously posted on Google reviews in November 2021, but it didn't produce a response from the dealer so now I'm posting here. ONE star is being gracious. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle fro 2021, but it didn't produce a response from the dealer so now I'm posting here. ONE star is being gracious. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I be bringing any of my OTHER Ford or Mazda vehicles there for service any longer. After being the victim of a hit and run which resulted in the totaling my 2019 F150, I contacted this dealership and leased a new '21 F150 for almost $50k at the end of June 2021 and expected to receive a tonneau cover and front license plate bracket a few weeks after I took delivery on the truck. After not getting a call for the parts or my RMV registration form two months later, I went in and asked to speak to a manager in August. Apparently there conveniently was no record reflecting that I was supposed to get these parts but the manager I spoke to assured me it would be taken care of, gave me an "we owe you" slip and told me the parts should be in "in a few weeks". It's now December 2021 and have yet to receive a call from anyone at this dealership beyond garbage marketing emails trying to get me in for a service appointment. I understand there's a supply chain issue but this is absurd: are they attaching the license plates to all their newly-sold vehicles with zip ties? Is this what they consider "[being] satisfied"? I also feel like a sucker who was taken advantage of as someone who was in a terrible car accident, without a vehicle but had cash-in-hand. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemies. More
