With salesman like Giuseppe Moretta and Lou Colon it is easy to why Tasca is # 1 My daughter had to bring the car in for a minor repair after the first week, Mr. Colon who sold the car set up the service and while she was waiting, offered to take her to lunch and also rapped with her to a song that was playing in the cafe, as he has children the same age as my daughter. What can I say about Giuseppe ! always there when i need him and his follow up is second to none.While driving threw the lot in my wife's 2013 Edge he stopped us and asked me to get out of the car, he jumped in the drivers seat and said the car needed to be washed and took it with my wife still in the car to the Tasca's car wash on the property came back looking like the day we picked it up. Last Thursday I drove the car home that I had just purchased When Tasca says you will be 100% satisfied they mean it! I am more than 100% satisfied! Last Thursday I drove the car home that I had just purchased. I parked the car that night and, since I take the bus to work, I didn’t touch the car until Saturday morning. When I tried to start the car on Saturday, it wouldn’t start. I called my salesperson Lou Colon and left him a message. Then I went over to Tasca to see what could be done about the dead battery. Lou met me at the door to the showroom and once he heard what was going on, he got a battery charger from the showroom and came over to my house and jumpstarted the car. I drove the car back to Tasca and Lou had a new battery put in. I am truly amazed at the level of customer service that was shown to me. I can’t thank Lou enough for taking care of the situation. I will definitely be recommending Tasca and Lou to my friends and family. More

I was recently in an accident my first one in 35 years and I contacted Victor-he directed me and I met Frank Nadeau in the collision center. Frank took care of everything and was wonderful! I walked in shaking from the accident and Franks knowledge put me at ease quickly. He explained everything so that I could understand and kept me informed throughout the repairs...I am very pleased with Tasca! More

Patient and Knowledgable I came to Tasca on a whim not expecting to trade in my Ford F-150. I was just testing the market to see what was out there for new/used cars and to se I came to Tasca on a whim not expecting to trade in my Ford F-150. I was just testing the market to see what was out there for new/used cars and to see how much I could get for my trade. I looked at a few cars and finally took a Ford Explorer for a test drive and immediately realized that it was something I would be interested in making a deal for. Anthony Castergini let me take the Explorer to bring my son to basketball practice while they did the appraisal on my trade. I liked the Exporer but was very torn on whether I wanted to trade in my F-150 a vehicle I bought from Tasca and that I had fallen in love with over the last 4 years. Anthony was very patient and used his knowledge about the 2 trucks to help me come to a decision. I finally decided to trade in my f-150 for the Explorer. After a night of tossing and turning on whether I made the right decision or not I called Anthony the following day and let him know I wanted to put the deal on hold until I could research and see if this was the best deal for me. He reassured me that I was making the right decision and told me to come in the following day and we could work things out. I came in and we worked out a deal that I was happy with and I ended up closing on the deal within an hour of making my decision. Anthony did everything including call my insurance company and printing my new card. He patiently went through the whole truck, showing me what every option and electronic device did.
