What can I say about Giuseppe ! always there when i need him and his follow up is second to none.While driving threw the lot in my wife's 2013 Edge he stopped us and asked me to get out of the car, he jumped in the drivers seat and said the car needed to be washed and took it with my wife still in the car to the Tasca's car wash on the property came back looking like the day we picked it up. Customer Service at It's Best When Tasca says you will be 100% satisfied they mean it! I am more than 100% satisfied! Last Thursday I drove the car home that I had just purchased When Tasca says you will be 100% satisfied they mean it! I am more than 100% satisfied! Last Thursday I drove the car home that I had just purchased. I parked the car that night and, since I take the bus to work, I didn’t touch the car until Saturday morning. When I tried to start the car on Saturday, it wouldn’t start. I called my salesperson Lou Colon and left him a message. Then I went over to Tasca to see what could be done about the dead battery. Lou met me at the door to the showroom and once he heard what was going on, he got a battery charger from the showroom and came over to my house and jumpstarted the car. I drove the car back to Tasca and Lou had a new battery put in. I am truly amazed at the level of customer service that was shown to me. I can’t thank Lou enough for taking care of the situation. I will definitely be recommending Tasca and Lou to my friends and family. More
