Except for my sales guy Cannon, the level of incompetence of this dealership is STUNNING. Finance manager couldn't figure out the name of the lien holder with the answer in his hand. 10 minutes after giving of this dealership is STUNNING. Finance manager couldn't figure out the name of the lien holder with the answer in his hand. 10 minutes after giving all my insurance information the papers were lost prompting me to return a few days later to give them another copy. Upon registering my vehicle they ran in to a problem that was only brought to my attention after I called them to ask why the temp plate on my vehicle expired 11 days previous leaving me to drive an unregistered vehicle for over a week. Nobody bothered to call me to help solve this issue. Once the paperwork was corrected I was in formed that the vehicle would be registered the next day. Apparently their idea of "next day" is 48 hours long since it took them 2 days to register 1 vehicle. Obviously this is what $400 in doc fees will get you, a whole boat load of nobody capable of doing their job. I feel bad for Cannon that he has to work with these people. He's the only guy who knows what the xxxx he's doing. If it wasn't for the fact that I truly love the vehicle I would have told them what they can do with it and have gone elsewhere. Rest assured I will tell all my friends, family and anyone else who will listen to keep clear of this place. More
