Mr. and Mrs. Kiser, I apologize that you were not called back immediately. However, please understand that fuel economy is beyond the control of our dealership. I noticed that you had a diesel that was a total loss, and your wife said you wanted another diesel....we would be happy to sell you a diesel truck, but we cannot simply reverse a transaction once the vehicle has been titled and registered. You say in your review that we lied, misrepresented, and provided you the worst customer service ever, yet we never discussed fuel economy with you at all nor can we cancel a purchase once it's made. What exactly are you looking for us to do?

You ignored my email. It asked you to provide options. You provided none. You spoke to my husband on Monday and advised him the sales manager would call him back the next day (when in fact he was speaking to the sales manager). You had no excuse for not calling him back in a timely manner. When I walked in to speak with you, you were not busy. You most certainly had a few minutes during the business week to pick up the phone or send an email. You did not once ask what you could do to resolve the situation. You just advised that you would not take back the vehicle. You did not seem at all interested in offering a solution. I was the one who suggested the option of finding my husband another vehicle not you. Fuel economy was most certainly discussed with the salesman. We were most certainly advised by the salesman that the truck got 15 city 20 highway. My husband discussed with the salesman the fact that his diesel truck had averaged 18 miles per gallon. Thinking that 15 city, 20 highway was very close to the 18, he purchased the vehicle. The vehicle is getting 11-12 miles per gallon. You indicated when you talked to my husband on the phone that the low mileage per gallon was due to him getting gas at places like "Walmart". That is not the problem. You sold my husband a truck that is nice, however, the salesman misrepresented the gas mileage. My husband added $1500.00 to the vehicle with tires, etc. It is not as if he is asking to return a vehicle that has been devalued. It is of more value. The only logical reasons I can think of for your dealership not allowing him to return the vehicle are: 1) You and the salesman who sold it to him would have to return the commission/bonus that you each received for the transaction and do not wish to do so. 2) You do not want to have to explain and own up to the the fact that you did misrepresent the gas mileage to my husband to those who you report to. We were lied to and your customer service truly is the worst we have ever been provided. Your dealership is made up of persons who will say anything just to make a sale. Other than allowing us to return the truck, I do not think there is anything you can do to remedy this situation. You are saying that you didn't give out fuel information. We know you did.

Although we strive to satisfy all our customers, it appears this may be a situation where we agree to disagree. You replaced a diesel truck for a gas truck...you were anxious to accept delivery before we received funds from your credit union and when told we couldn't do that you came back the next day...you never asked questions about, nor did we comment on, any gas mileage issues. Three weeks after buying the truck you decided you wanted a diesel again, and when you didn't like the amount of money it would take to trade out, you then started saying you were defrauded based on a "guarantee" of gas mileage. I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy but we can't simply unwind deals after they have been titled and paid for. It was also in poor taste to send harassing letters to both the owners homes.

Very sorry we failed to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the part we needed was difficult to obtain and it did take longer to finish the job then we would have liked. Sorry!
