Mr. Leon, I understand your frustration. Please understand that it was difficult to gain approval from the bank for your financing. I was told that Sean had asked you to forward the stipulations the bank required on last week and did not receive them until today. We had a customer on Saturday that wanted to purchase the vehicle and Sean reached out to you again to get the docs the bank required to approve your loan. Even though you didn't have a deposit on the vehicle we waited until Monday morning to accept the other deal. Regrettably, after holding the vehicle for you for 5 days we had to accept the other offer. If there is any other vehicle that you have interest in, please let me know. I was told we had a approval and was awaiting documentation. I was at work and could not obtain said documentation till later. Still bad business practices seeing as your closed on Sunday and I could have gotten everything then and completed said deal. I also spoke directly to you about a over the phone aspect of this deal. I was assured this would be a simple process and I was ready to wire you cash to secure the deal. Nothing was told to me beside it was my car to buy from Sean Hamza. The fact you guys have a number of inquiries on my credit, a price per month associated with said deal and a willingness for a deposit usually is a finished transaction. Once again terrible business ethics.
