They honest, funny, and professional. I can say that when it is time to pay for the services I received for my car I TRULY feel it was the best price for the services required to keep my car running. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me at all. They even go the extra mile by telling me what I will need in the near future, but not right now so I can save up for the next repair. Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really? More
