Misleading time frame. Scheduled appointment for 10AM to have my vehicle looked at. When I called at 12:30PM that day it had not been looked at yet. I needed the vehicle for al 3PM appointment. He suggested that I have a friend or neighbor take me to my appointment, bad advice. He then called back to say the tech. had located the problem, they did not have the parts needed on hand and they would have to arrange to get them, and the vehicle would be ready around 5PM. Told him that was not acceptable. I walked to the dealership, retrieved my vehicle and rescheduled the service for a later time. He advised me it was a 2 and 1/2 hour repair but it would take 3 and 1/2 hours as the vehicle had to "cool off" before they could work on it. He then proceeded to charge me the $89.95 System check. If the vehicle had been looked at the appointment time it would have been ready for me in time to get to my afternoon appt. I have found another location to have the work done. More

Because the service department wasn't working a full day, I was given a loaner and sent on my merry way. Bottom line Micheal Bennett saw that I was taken care of and my vehicle was made safe again.
