Allignment Although it took a few tries to get it corrected, Dan and team kept at it and made it happen for my 2014 Acadia. Balance and alignment While my service writer Dan is great, my alignment is still not fixed after the second time taking it in. The tire rotation and balance are right on. After the initial service of oil change, rotate, balance and alignment of the tires, the car was still pulling to the right, I took it back on Saturday to get it fixed again. i called around 3:15 and service was closed, while I was hold for 17 minutes, I got a call on my other line saying they must have forgotten to call when it was done and I could come pick it up. I was assured it was fixed. I asked if anyone was there to talk to, but I was told everyone had left by then (3:30). I drove home and it still pulls to the right. Disappointed More

Immediate courteous and effective service. I was greeted right at the appointed time. I was courteously led to the lounge and offered refreshment. The staff member listened and made sure he u I was greeted right at the appointed time. I was courteously led to the lounge and offered refreshment. The staff member listened and made sure he understood clearly what was needed. He gave me an estimated wait time and actually finished five minutes ahead of time. The staff member, Mr. Jack Strehle, made sure I understood exactly what was done and summarized future maintenance schedule and work. The price seemed way excessive, so I went by to see what on earth could cost that much to repair. I found my car in many pieces, but the mechanic patiently explained what had happened to my fan and shroud and what it was going to take to put it back to 100% reliable. After I shed a few tears, I had to agree that I wanted my favorite little convertible fixed up as much like new as possible. Late the next day, Norris Buick GMC sent a car and driver to take me to the shop. I was able to drive my little car away, running like new; and the cost of repair, replacement, oil change, and wiper blades changed was not as much as I feared it would be. I was so relieved. Bad AC was fixed My new Ford Explorer was bought from Dick Norris, and the AC was not working well a few months after. Dan took care of the work, and even called me wh My new Ford Explorer was bought from Dick Norris, and the AC was not working well a few months after. Dan took care of the work, and even called me while we all were getting ready to face the worst storm in history (Irma) and kept me informed of the progress. Truck had went to a Ford dealership to get fixed, and everything went well. I am now a happy customer, with a well working AC. Even happier because I did not have to pay a dime on the work.
