Timely, courteous, caring. My car was under warranty, I had set an appointment for oil change and tires rotate. The day before my appointment I noticed a noise when the air was on, I told Jack about it I had set an appointment for oil change and tires rotate. I came back after 2 weeks from visiting my Family from out of Town and my Battery died. After I called and was connected with Luke, he was very helpful with direction since after AAA started the Car bu out of Town and my Battery died. After I called and was connected with Luke, he was very helpful with direction since after AAA started the Car but somehow there was more to that. I had to call Buick Roadside to deliver it to your Service. I never met who fixed the problem, but Luke kept me informed and was very nice. I think he is a valuable Employee of your Dealership.
