First time to have a 2021 Buick Enclave serviced for check engine light. Took 2 days for the problem to be diagnosed. Then told the mechanics don't work on weekend so it has to wait til Monday. Monda check engine light. Took 2 days for the problem to be diagnosed. Then told the mechanics don't work on weekend so it has to wait til Monday. Monday comes and the service dept reports a blown fuse. Problems with extended warranty. Finally tell them go ahead and fix that plus one other thing that I wanted fixed. Now comes Tuesday they tell the wrong part was delivered and a new part has to come from NC but its overnight delivery. Now its Wednesday part not in because "bad weather" up north.. maybe tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday. So here I sit without a car and trouble contacting service dept or even service manager. Will not use this dealership again unless absolutely have to. Very disappointed for first time customer. More
