From the moment I walked onto the lot until I drove off in my new car several weeks later (and interactions I've had since), the relationship has been wonderful. The sales associate, Joe, catered to my needs and didn't try to push me one way or the other. It was a consultative selling approach, which I appreciated. I also want to express my pleasure with the service department. The Acadia had a chip in the center console's wood grain, which Joe pointed out to me at the time of purchase. The GMC strike delayed arrival of the part, but as soon as it came in, I received a call from the service department. We scheduled the work for a time that was convenient for me and they provided a loaner. It took just a few hours for them to complete the repair. From sales to service, an all around great experience. More
