Service agreement had a 14 day acceptance Great experience overall. However, I went on vacation soon after buying the car and my 100.00 service points had a 14 day time to sign up. GREAT SERVICE! I went into tasca on a very rainy day after taking a look at another vehicle at Bernardi Toyota. I wasn't too fond of the service at Bernardi so I was I went into tasca on a very rainy day after taking a look at another vehicle at Bernardi Toyota. I wasn't too fond of the service at Bernardi so I was hoping for a better experience at tasca. I had previously spoken to mike the sales manager about coming in, when i came in he came and greeted me and had the car pulled up in about 10 minutes since his sales team were occupied and i hadn't set up an appointment. Austin was the sales person who helped us, quickly put on the plate for the truck and we went on a good road test. He came back and gave us all the information we needed and didn't put any pressure in making us decision and explained everything thoroughly to me and my father which helped him make the decision even easier. He was very respectful and patient with my father and the atmosphere at the dealership was very relaxed. A few days later we came back and wrapped up the paperwork with him at Matthew the business manager in about 30minutes and he was able to get us 2 more keys for the vehicle. Overall a quick and painless experience and i would easily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Outstanding and worked with me very well I went into Tasca to look into leasing a new truck and possibly trading in my old truck right when I walked in I got a warm welcome and I talked to Mi I went into Tasca to look into leasing a new truck and possibly trading in my old truck right when I walked in I got a warm welcome and I talked to Mike besette and I told he what I wanted to do and he immediately helped me and set me up with Tina Robinson who was also very nice and welcoming she helped me and xxx me test drive the new GMC sierra I inquired about and I absolutely loved it, she helped me get in the payment range I needed by going me many different options so right away I Knew it was a deal that I couldn't pass up so once I decided to go with the truck Tina helped me throughout the day get in touch with my insurance company bexcuse she knew I was busy at work the whole day and I couldn't keep talking on the phone. Once I got to financing I spoke with Mathew venturini and he told me he was having trouble getting me financed but he kept tying and didn't stop until he did he was also very socialiable and kept me in the price range I needed to be so in the end after I signed everything and got into my brand new truck Tina went through everything in the truck and helped me set up my on star account All and all I will definitely be telling more people about this place and I will be a long term customer because of these three people thanks again More
