This was a return visit to Paul Masse to lease a new Arcadia Denali, mainly to deal with Tom Frat. We had a leak from the sunroof the first week of having the car after a heavy rain and snowfall (new car so no fault of the dealership)...on a Sunday. Tom was at our home within 2 hours with a curtesy SUV while the whole sunroof shell was replaced within the week...I have complete trust in Tom and Paul Masse that this blemish from manufacturing is no longer a concern.
