Happy with the sales aspect. Anthony made the purchase smooth and easy. I was not happy with the 195.00 documentation fee, as I paid cash and there were no finance forms to fill Anthony made the purchase smooth and easy. I thought we were just transferring the plates from the old car to the new one. I was told the registry charges that and if it is in excess, they will send me the balance. Lastly, I advised Anthony 2 days in advance of picking up the car. I also told him I would be there at a certain time, and I was there on time. The vehicle was not ready to deliver on time. I had to wait over one and one half hours. Having a sick wife at home, I just took the vehicle home without Anthony being able to go over all the features, pairing phones, etc.I figured some things out myself, and I will go over the rest with Anthony when i go back to pick up the second key, which couldn't be located. I also will pick up a set of mats. More
